Igor Rattaj serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tatry Mountain Resorts a.s. (TMR) and is a member of the Supervisory Board at GOPASS Property a.s., where he also holds the position of Chairman of the Investment Committee. With a substantial part of his career dedicated to finance, he has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Director of Private Banking at J&T Bank, as well as the Director of Securities Trading at J&T Securities.
Gopass Property will initially invest in apartments that are developed, built, and operated by TMR. Additionally, all apartment maintenance services are provided by TMR’s resources.
