We select projects in established mountain and leisure destinations with strong visitor numbers and sustained demand, where day-to-day management and efficient operations are handled by the TMR Group.

How does the TMR Fund generate returns?

Rental income

Properties within the portfolio generate above-average rental yields. TMR operates the properties and ensures year-round occupancy, contributing to the overall performance of the fund.

Interest income from financing

Prior to completion, selected construction and reconstruction projects may be financed through loans. Returns are generated through interest on this financing.

Capital growth and real estate divestment

We invest in real estate with strong capital appreciation potential. Under suitable market conditions, selected assets may be sold, realising value growth and generating returns.
