Properties within the portfolio generate above-average rental yields to the TMR Group, which operates the properties and ensures their year-round occupancy, contributing to the overall performance of the fund.
Prior to completion, selected construction and reconstruction projects may be financed through loans. Returns are generated through interest on this financing.
We invest in real estate with strong capital appreciation potential. Under suitable market conditions, selected assets may be sold, realising value growth and generating returns.
