Fund performance since inception

Since its launch in May 2024, the Gopass Property Fund has achieved a total return of 14.52% (IA EUR). This result reflects disciplined management and a carefully selected portfolio of leisure properties.
The fund continues to implement its investment strategy focused on destinations that combine experience in operating redeveloped as well as new resorts.

Portfolio and available investment opportunities

The main projects added to the fund’s portfolio include the Pamukkale Suites in Bešeňová and the Jasná Central Resort Hotel. They complement the existing properties of the fund, further expanding its asset base and diversifying risk.

The fund enables investors to participate in the value of more leisure properties without the need to purchase a single property by themselves. The minimum investment amount is set at 50,000 EUR or 1 million CZK, which allows qualified investors to enter the real estate segment through a share in the fund.
